What we collect

When you sign up for marketing emails, we store only:

• Your email address
• Your first name, if you choose to give it (optional)
• That you ticked the consent box, and the exact date and time you did
• The page you signed up from

What we don't collect here

The sign-up form does not record your IP address, device, browser, or any advertising identifier. Cookies and analytics are handled separately, and only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

Why we hold it

We use your email to send marketing messages about new flavors, restocks, and member offers. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the sign-up form. We keep the timestamp of that tick as our record that you opted in.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time. You can also ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely — email us and we'll action it.

Who else sees it

We don't sell or share your email. Sign-ups are stored in Google Sheets, which acts as our data processor, and are accessible only to SanSpark staff who need them to send the newsletter.
